Rental Policies: FAQ

Item Reservation

Send a message to our email or through facebook messanger listing the item(s) you are interested in. We will review their availability and add up the total cost for you! 

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your pieces. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the event date. 

Retrieval of Items

Pick-Ups

We are based out of Sidney, MI, if you would prefer to pick-up your order we can set up an appointment. 

Deliveries

If you would like us to deliver the items we charge $0.50/per mile to your location. We can also arrange for a location meet-up. We can also deliver to your event location if you prefer.

Returns

Items must be returned no later than the coming Monday after your event. You may drop off the items at our location, we can make arrangements for a meet-up, or we can arrive at the end of your event to clean up your rented items. 


For location drop-offs we charge $0.50/per mile to the meet-up location.
